Find the right cartridge with these short buying guides. NZ stock, dispatched from Auckland.
Where is my printer model?
Look on the front or top of your printer for its full model name. Include the letters at the end, such as DW. A cartridge code printed on the cartridge is different from a printer model.
Standard or high capacity?
Compare the capacity stated on the available products. A higher-capacity option can mean fewer changes. Check the actual cartridge or pack price as well as its capacity.
One colour or a set?
Check whether the product is one black cartridge, one colour cartridge or a pack. Read the exact colours and number of cartridges included; a single-colour starting price is not a full-set price.
Toner or drum?
For printers with a separate drum unit, toner and drum are different parts. Check the printer message before ordering. Send us the message if you are unsure which part is needed.
What are white-box cartridges?
Low-cost compatible cartridges in plain packaging. Check each product for its colour, capacity, pack contents and compatible printers.
What do the HP chip labels mean?
Chip included means a chip is supplied. Chip included – ready to install. No chip – lower price. Move the chip from your old cartridge to the new one before installing. Watch the video guide on the product page. Read the product instructions and any stated conditions before ordering.
