They are not genuine Brother, Canon, Epson, HP or Samsung products, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by those manufacturers. Brand names are used only to indicate which printers a cartridge fits.

What we promise
- Delivery: shipped from Auckland, 1-3 working days New Zealand wide. Free delivery on orders over $75.
- Returns: 30 days. If a cartridge is faulty or does not fit, contact us for an RMA number and we will replace it or refund it. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the return arriving.
