Our priority during this uncertain time is preserving the health and wellbeing of our people and our communities, whilst ensuring we can continue to support our customers.
Currently, most of our staff will work at the office.
Logistics – Our Logistics will open as we support companies who are classed by the government for essential services, orders received for these services will be given top priority. All other orders will be punched by the team and dispatched to the best of our ability. Our courier will only come once a day. please plan for this when ordering.
Communication – During this time, we will only have limited resources to be able to accept the phone. Please help us by sending orders and queries to our email address. We prefer to send your order via courier. If you need toner ink cartridge for urgent usage, we only accept contactless pre-ordered pickup – customers cannot enter stores. You can order online or email/phone / SMS us. After you pay online or via bank transfer, please contact us. We will prepare the parcel and let you know. Then, you can pick the toner ink cartridge from our letterbox.
Returns – returns cannot be accepted at this time couriers will not be able to drop to us with signature delivery.
